Bocconi Entrance Test 2022 (last round) was conducted by SDA Bocconi Asia Center in various centers. After the examination a team from Edunews observed the question paper keepingin view the pattern. The question paper compressed of 3 sections viz Numeric Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning and Inductive Reasoning. Each section has 30 to 35 questions carrying 1mark.
Numeric Reasoning – Geometry, Trigonometry, Mensuration, Ratios and Proportion, Number system, HCF & LCM, Algebra, Geometric Progression, Percentages, Averages, Time-Speed-Distance, Inequalities, Logarithms etc. are the topics on which questions could be seen. The MCQs under this section demand the candidates to arrive the answers based on a definite methodology. The questions are moderate as such the candidates might score better marks.
Verbal Reasoning – Fill in the blanks, Grammar, Para Completion and inference, Reading Comprehension, Verbal Logic, Para jumbles, Verbal Reasoning, Contextual usage, Antonyms, Jumbled paragraphs, Foreign language words used in English, Idioms etc. are the broader area on which questions have been set by the experts. The questions appears to be simple except on foreign language words. In this case also the candidates might not have faced any hardship as they have good knowledge which they could gain in the preceding years.
Inductive Reasoning – Blood Relations, Direction Sense, Puzzles, Data Arrangement, Seating Arrangement, Coding-Decoding, Family Tree, Venn Diagram, Syllogism, Assumptions, Binary Logic etc. are the topics on which questions have been raised. Generally the questions are tricky therefore candidates might face pin pricks.
From the above it is clear that BET – 2022 (third quarter) is ranging from simple to moderate.
