Amity Joint Entrance Examination

• Amity University has released Amity admission application form on December 28, 2020.
• Eligible candidates can fill and submit the application form of Amity JEE 2021 in online mode. 
• Amity JEE (Amity Joint Entrance Examination) is an entrance exam conducted for admissions to BTech programmes offered by Amity University at its various branches.
• For the academic year 2021-21, admission to all the BTech courses will be through JEE Main 2021 scores.
• If a candidate has more than 80% in his/her 12th class then they are eligible for direct admission otherwise they need to give AMITY JEE entrance exam for admission.
• Amity University is a Deemed to be University established under UGC regulation

Exam Highlights

• The questions are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Total no. of questions in one set will be 90 with a maximum time limit of 120 min
• No marks will be awarded if more than one choice has been selected for any question.
• Approximately 1.25 minutes per question on average will be reserved for the solution of each question.
• Four marks will be awarded for each correct entry and one mark will be deducted for any question answered incorrectly.
• The difficulty level of the questions will be carefully maintained according to the maximum time.

The application process for AMITY JEE  comprises 4 steps mentioned below.

1. Obtaining the Admissions Pack

Cost of the Admission Form is Rs. 1,100 /-.  The Admission Form will be available online at www.amity.edu:

• Candidates have to obtain the admission pack by paying online with credit / debit card
• By downloading free and submitting with DD of Rs. 1,100/- in favour of `Amity Form` payable at New Delhi. Do not forget to mention your Name & Amity Application Form Number at the back of the Demand Draft
• Candidates have to buy Admission pack from any of the Amity campuses in Noida, Greater Noida, Lucknow, Jaipur, Gurgaon (Manesar), Gwalior, Mumbai & Raipur (For addresses please refer point no. 4) Or Amity Information centers (for list please visit amity.edu).

2. Selecting the Program

Amity offers a wide range of career degrees and programs to suit your aptitude and interests. Please visit the official website for the same.

3. Completing the application form

• To be filled only if candidate meets the eligibility for admission to the program.
• If a candidates has appeared in a qualifying examination and the result thereof is awaited, he/she has to apply provisionally and go through admission process at own risk.
• Candidates who use downloaded / ICR Application Form have to fill up the same in their own handwriting in black ink and undertaking have to be signed by them only.
• The instructions in the Application Form are self-explanatory. 
• It is mandatory to provide email address as it has to be used by the Admission Office for any communication related to your admission.
• Candidates have to enclose / upload class 10th mark sheet only with the Application Form. No other Mark sheets / Testimonials are to be attached with the Application Form at this stage (Only foreign students / Foreign University Degree holders should have attached photocopies of academic transcripts & AIU Equivalence Certificate). University / Board / Marks filled in the Application Form will be considered for all procedures related to admission. Any discrepancy found during verification of original documents will result in the cancellation of Admission.
• No request for change in the particulars filled in the Application Form by candidates, will be entertained under any circumstances.
• A sample copy of a complete Application Form will be enclosed for reference.

Amity admission 2022 call letter 

• All those candidates who have submitted their application forms in their respective campuses will be sent their Amity admission 2021 call letter through an email ID.
• Candidates must download the call letter of Amity admission and keep it safe for future reference.
• The admit card of Amity admission will contain details such as counseling details, venue and timings, candidate`s name, roll number, and application number among others. photograph & a DD of Rs. 1100/- must reach the university before the last date.

Amity JEE- Amity Joint Entrance Examination 2020 was conducted by Amity University, having a state-of-the-art infrastructure in various centres. After the examination was over Edunews stepped into the analysis of the question paper. As per the notification the question paper comprised of 4 parts viz Physics (25), Chemistry (25), Mathematics/Biology (25), and English(15) the syllabus for JEE is on the basis of 11 and 12^th standard or equivalent examination.

Physis – Questions under physics are of computation in nature but not the conceptual. The candidates might not have faced hardship on the component

Chemistry – In chemistry also, questions have been raised within the standardized syllabus further reactions have been given more emphasis than the top conceptual.

Mathematics – Under this questions have been figured on Binomial Theorem, Parabola, Definite Integration, Differentiation and Differentiability, Quadratic Equation, Matrix, and Determinant, etc. the questions are of calculations as such the candidates might score good marks in Mathematics.

Biology – Under this questions have been raised on  Diversity in Living World, Reproduction, Reproduction, Biotechnology, and its Applications.

Experts have opined that the question paper appears to be easier compared to the earlier years. The candidates who have a grip over the aforesaid topics can secure better marks.

• Amity JEE counselling 2020 will be conducted on the official website in online mode.
• The counselling process of Amity JEE 2020 is expected to be released in June.
• Shortlisted candidates in the entrance exam will have to appear for Amity JEE 2020 counselling and seat allotment process.
• Due to COVID 19 pandemic, the Admission selection process has been modified.
• For the time being Amity JEE 2020 selection process is based on video responses to the questions posted through the video link available on Admission Microsite.
• admission to the institute will be based on merit, availability of seats, courses, and college preferences.
• Selected candidates will be called for counselling including Group Discussion/ Personal Interview and Document Verification.
• Candidates must keep ready their original documents along with the photocopies of the same.

• 50% marks in the entrance exam to pass the cutoff.
• Candidates will have to schedule their exam by selecting the exam centre and the date to attempt Amity JEE 2020.  
• Candidates will have to first login using the application number and password. Then the selection of exam centre and date has to be made.
• A list of exam centres will be listed based on the address entered by the candidate, the selection can be made from those centres or any other exam centre can be searched and added.
• After selecting the exam centres, the candidate will have to choose the exam date from the dates prescribed by the university.
• Candidates will have to submit after checking the details entered. After the exam schedule is booked successfully, the admit card will be generated and sent to the registered email id.

• Amity admission 2021 result will be announced on the official website of Amity University.
• Admission to Amity University will be based on JEE Main 2021 scores.
• However, the candidate has to fulfill the minimum eligibility required for the program applied.

How you can download Amity JEE 2021 results?

• Visit the official website of Amity University
• Navigate to the ‘Amity JEE 2021 result’ link
• Enter the required details to log in(Application number, Date of Birth, Password, etc)
• After entering the details, hit the ‘Submit ’button
• Amity JEE result will be displayed on the screen
• Download and take a print out

• Amity JEE 2020 Admit Card is available on the official website.
• Exam admit card will be available on the website 48 hours before the exam.
• Candidates need to carry one government ID proof (Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License etc) along with Amity JEE admit card to the test centre.

• Choose your preferred date and city for Amity JEE.
• Visit Amity`s admission microsite
• Enter your  number and password to login
• Check if the test date has been notified on the website
• Schedule your preferred date and time slot for the test to receive the admit card
• Download and take a print out of the same

Note: Candidates should note that aspirants who book dates and do not show up for the exam will be charged Rs.700 for getting another date.

Exam Day – Conduct and Guidelines:

• Schedule the exam through the Amity Admission microsite (If you have applied and have your Form No and Password).
• Please bring a printout of the admit card on the day of the Test.
• Please also bring one government-issued ID proof in original – Driving License / Aadhar Card / Voters ID / Pan Card / Passport.
• No Show Fees: Students who take dates and do not show up, will be charged Rs.750/- for getting another date.
• The candidate is allowed to leave the Test Center ONLY after the Final Submission of the "END TEST" remark that appears on the screen.
• Use of Electronic/Manual Calculator is prohibited during the exam.
