• Besides, essay writing in 200 words on a given subject.
• The question aims at testing the writing ability of candidates. 
• Each part will have 100 questions carrying 1 mark

Candidates can pay the application fee online via net banking/credit card/debit card.

Offline

For offline application fee payment, DD needs to be drawn in favour of the Media Development Foundation and payable at Chennai. The official website informs: "Application whether the online or hard copy will need to be sent along with an application fee of  Rs 2,360/-. Candidates applying for both programmes need to pay only a consolidated processing fee of Rs 3,540/-The fee can be remitted as an online transfer or sent as a Demand Draft in favour of “Media Development Foundation”, payable at Chennai with your reference number, full name, email id, and mobile number written on the back of the DD".

After ACJ Entrance Exam, the team from Edunews examined the question paper and offered comments in the larger interest of takers of the examination. Analysis has been made keeping in view pattern of the question paper, title of the paper, duration of the time, descriptive related problems, marks assigned to each question, evaluation system, etc.

English: Questions have been reflected on the topics such as antonyms, synonyms, fill in the blanks, jumbled words / numerical figure, errors in the sentence, passage, idioms, verb, preposition, etc. All the questions are at the level of secondary schools, therefore questions are easier.

General Knowledge: Questions on GK normally reflect on scientific discovery, cultural issues, contribution of UNICEF, status of BARC, issues under RTI, basics in math and physics, first president of India, Miss Universe, constitution and its amendments, history, polity, labor laws, jurisprudence, etc. Generally questions under GK are at moderate level.

Therefore, it is opined that the question papers of ACJ Entrance Exam is rated simple -moderate.

• Candidates, who have successfully cleared the ACJ entrance exam 2021, will be called for the counselling process.
• Once the ACJ entrance exam 2021 results are out, the institute will release the counselling dates.
• Shortlisted candidates have to participate in the interview process.

Asian College of Journalism’s official website informs that 60%-65% questions asked in Part B of ACJ entrance exam paper comprises of questions related to Current Affairs of the past one year.

The remaining ACJ entrance paper consists of GK questions on the below-mentioned topics:

• Space exploration – eg. Cassini-Huygens
• Economics (understanding of terms like GDP)
• New Media Terms (What is an I-pad?)

• ACJ Entrance Exam 2022 eligibility criteria is that aspirants should be graduates in any discipline.

Exam Day Conduct and Guidelines

• It is mandatory for the candidate to carry their admit cards to the exam centre. Without the admit card, the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the entrance exam.
