  • The exam conducting authority of AISEEE i.e. Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya (SCSVMV) decides the exam pattern for the entrance test.
  • The AISEEE 2021 exam is a computer-based test with a duration of 75 minutes.
  • There will be 90 MCQ type questions with four choices each.
  • AISEEE exam is conducted to assess a candidate’s skills in problem-solving, analytics, and language proficiency.

Application Details
  • AISEEE 2021 application form can be filled in online mode or offline mode.
  • There are 4 steps involved in the filling of application form which are listed below:
    • Registration
    • Filling the application form.
    • Uploading the scanned copy of the documents.
    • Payment of the application fee.

Step 1: Registration:

  • Open the official website: http://www.kanchiuniv.ac.in/Admission/index1.html.
  • Submit the details of name, email id, mobile number and password.
  • Select the details of state and city from which candidates are applying for the exam.
  • Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen in the text box.
  • Click on the checkbox and accept to receive the alerts regarding the application form submitted.

Step 2: Filling of AISEEE application form in online mode:

  • Select the option “B.E/B.Tech (full time)” button.
  • Open email ID and obtain the details of the registered user ID and password.
  • Log in to the system with the user Id and password.
  • Click on Submit button and fill the details of educational qualification.

Step 3: uploading the scanned copy of photo & signature

  • Upload the scanned copy of photograph and signature as per the specifications asked.
  • The size must be less than 50KB and the image format must be JPEG or JPG.

Step 4: Payment of application fee

  • Click on the final submit button and download a copy of the completely filled application form.

AISEEE 2021 application form filling in offline mode:

  • If an aspirant wishes to fill the BE application form he/she may obtain a copy of the form in offline mode from one of the designated centers.
  • For filling the application form through offline mode candidates have to follow the following steps:
    • Obtain the AISEEE 2021 application form from one of the centers.
    • Fill the application form completely, paste the passport size photograph and attach a copy of the important documents.
    • Attach a draft of the application fee in favour of AISEEE University.
    • The application fee will be the same as of online mode.
    • Deposit the application form, at the designated center.
Analysis

AISEEE 2020 was conducted by Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya University in different centers of the country. After AISEEE, the experts from the Edunews could analyze the question paper and offer the following observations. The question paper comprised of 3 parts Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and each part carry 30 marks which is conducted in 1hour 15mins.

Physics - Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Current, Atomic Physics, Nuclear Physics, Semiconductor Devices and Their Applications, Effects Of Electric Current, Electromagnetic Waves And Wave Optics etc. The questions have been designed carefully giving weightage on application and conceptual.

Chemistry – Under Chemistry questions have been raised on BLOCK ELEMENTS, Coordination Compounds and Bio-coordination Compounds, Solid state II, Isomerism in Organic Chemistry, Carboxylic Acids, Bimolecular, Carboxylic Acids, Thermodynamics – II etc The questions seems to be difficult however it might be easy for the candidates , who are able maintain stability in studies, to score decent marks as stipulated.

Mathematics - Probability Distributions, Applications Of Matrices And Determinants, Vector Algebra, Complex Numbers, Analytical Geometry, Differential Calculus, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus And Its Applications etc. Questions on the topics have been given due weightage.  Overall   the level of the AISEEE Exam is moderate, so the students who were well practiced  could do well in the AISEEE Exam.

Counselling
  • Counseling will be decided on the basis of cutoff
  • AISEEE counseling will be conducted in the order of rank as displayed in the merit list.
  • There are small amount seats available in each course, so generally seats are filled in the first round of counseling.
  • Candidate must download the counseling letter from the official website before appearing for the counseling.

  • Enter details of user Id and password to get access to the counseling letter.
  • Download the counseling letter to your system. Take a copy of the same along with the list of important documents to the counseling center.

Eligibility

AISEEE has eligibility criteria defined for both the 4 year BE/B.Tech program and lateral entry programs. The details of the eligibility criteria are as follows:

Nationality:

  • Any Indian national can apply for the exam.
  • Students of foreign origin can apply for the exam if he/she has the citizenship proof issued by foreign authorities.

Age:

  • There is no upper or lower age limit defined on AISEEE 2021 exam.
  • Candidates must have cleared class 12 examinations.

Education Qualification for 4 year program B.E:

  • Must have cleared HSC examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. The main subjects in qualifying examination must be physics, chemistry and mathematics
  • A good score must be obtained in AISEEE (AISEEE)/JEE/ERA (UNI-GAUGE).

Educational qualification for Lateral Entry admissions:

  • Sc. examination must be cleared with 60% marks and must have mathematics as one of the main subjects.
  • Candidate possess a 3 year diploma degree in Engineering.

Educational qualification for Part –Time BE (EEE / Mech / ECE / E&I / Civil)  programs:

  • A diploma in engineering degree.
  • 2 year of work experience in the industry.
Cut-Off

AISEEE Exam Cut-off is the minimum qualifying marks required to get admission into the courses. The cutoff of different courses fluctuates according to the courses. The cut-off of AISEEE Exam is decided by the concerned authority of the SCSVMV University.

  • Cutoff is based on the marks obtained by the candidate in 12th, marks obtained in the entrance test, the previous years’ trend, and so on.
  • The minimum cutoff marks are decided on the basis of the various factors.
  • While for the regular UG courses, the marks in the entrance test and in the 12thexam are considered, for engineering courses, 10+2 results along with the scores in AISEEE or JEE Mains Ranking are considered.

Results
  • AISEEE 2021 result will be declared in the online mode only once the exam is over.
  • The results will be notified during the last week of May.
  • The result and score card can be accessed by entering the details of application number and password.

Admit Card
  • AISEEE 2021 admit card for admission to the BE/B. Tech program will be available on the official website.
  • Candidates have to bring a photo ID proof along with the admit card on the day of the exam.
  • Candidates are required to download the hard copy of the admit card.

Steps to download the admit card:

  • Go to the official website.
  • Look for the link that reads “AISEEE admit card 2021” or “AISEEE 2021 admit card”.
  • Click on the link and enter the details of the registration number.
  • Click on the “submit” button.
  • Download the admit card to your system and take the printout for future reference.

Exam Day Conduct and Guidelines:

Step 1

  • Schedule the exam through AISEEE Admission (If you have applied and have your Form No and Password)

Step 2

  • Please bring a print out of the admit card on the day of Test.
  • Please also bring one government issued ID proof in original – Driving License / Aadhar Card / Voters ID / Pan Card / Passport.
  • Candidates who registered who take test on a particular date but fail to appear, can get another date for which he/she shall pay Rs. 750/-
  • Candidate is allowed to leave the Test Center ONLY after Final Submission of"END TEST" remark that appears on the screen.
  • Use of Electronic/Manual Calculator is prohibited during the exam.
