All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVI is scheduled to be held on April 25. Meanwhile, Bar Council of India (BCI) conducted AIBE 15 on January 24, 2021, across India at more than 45 test cities. All India Bar Examination (AIBE) was held from 10 am in pen-paper based test mode. After the examination, the expert team of Edunews was able to observe the question paper series wise and offer the following comments.
AIBE 2020 Exam Analysis: All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 15 was conducted as an open book exam, however, candidates found it difficult to attempt the examination since, it is not confirmed from where the questions would be asked. The question paper carried 100 multiple-choice questions based on 19 law subjects and the test paper was printed in 11 languages which candidates could select based on their preference. Questions figured on the fundamentals of law, Hindu Marriage Act, Muslim law, Contract Act, CrPC, IPC, recent talaq, writs, case laws, precedents, CPC, IPR, PIL, taxation laws, labour laws, constitutional law, torts, property laws, negotiable instruments, ADR, Companies Act, Land Tribunal, Indian Evidence Act, etc.
